I hope you enjoyed yesterday’s newsletter with Nutmeg. Next month I’ll be looking back at a stunning day in club football.

If you’re new to Fitbatweets or if you’re a free subscriber, please become a paying subscriber if you can. It’s only £20 for a year of full access. Today you’ll get a full report on the Scotland game for what works out at something like 5p.

If you’re already a paying subscriber then please spread the word far and wide.

A new section coming your way

It’s World Mental Health Day today although every day is a mental health day really. It’s a daily struggle for many including myself as I’ve spoken about here before. I’ve finally gathered the confidence to put myself out there a bit with a new section to the Fitbatweets offering that doesn’t look at football but is instead about everything else that floats around my head. Wee foibles, observations about anything and everything. Different drawing styles too as you can see below. This will be released, possibly weekly, as a separate email to all existing Fitbatweets subscribers. If you like what I do with Fitbatweets then you should enjoy it but for those who don’t there will be an opportunity to unsubscribe from it. My plan is to send out the first email over the weekend.

Now, without further ado, let’s raise the curtain….

Please consider becoming a Fitbatweets supporter

‘Twas a strange atmosphere at Hampden for a game so crucial to our World Cup ambitions. Although shiny shoes Jonny Sutherland told us how loud it was it certainly didn’t sound like it through the telly.
