Hey friends

Here’s a lovely thing happening if you’re an Aberdeen fan. Fierce Beer have turned their Aberdeen collaboration lager into a limited edition Gothenburg Greats Pack and yours truly has provided the artwork for each can representing each of the twelve players who starred in that game.

They look amazing if I do say so myself.

If you want to order a case before they sell out then click here.

I owe Charlie Mulgrew an apology. I admire him speaking on Open Goal about his short manager stint at Kelty Hearts.

He didn’t enjoy it and was glad it ended quickly. You don’t get many admitting that so fair play to him. To make amends the Failed Managers Lounge at Pundit Club is to be renamed the Former Managers Lounge. The lounge is a safe, inclusive space for sacked managers, failed managers, resigning managers, interim managers, caretaker managers, mutually consented managers and managers who don’t want to be managers anymore (like Charlie). Even head coaches are allowed in. The only exclusion is for current managers. They’re welcome at Pundit Club, just not the lounge. We don’t want a repeat of the trouble we’ve had there in the past.

I watched Aston Villa’s thrilling second leg win over PSG last night. Got me thinking about one of the stars of the evening.

To see the rest of John’s large buttocked adventures please take advantage of this stunning April offer - The Stickler in full for just 10p a day.
