The Angry Wotsit does it again

Thanks for all the great feedback on the Open All Mics cartoon story. It’s really appreciated. I’m sure the team will be back here at some point later in the season.

The Scottish Cup 4th round is done. Last night’s Dundee derby was an absolute cracker. The atmosphere was great, the tempo was great, a proper derby and a proper cup tie. There was only one goal and it was in the first minute. The Angry Wotsit glancing home from a corner.

I need to figure out why Simon is so angry all the time. It’s on my to do list.

Dundee were all hands to the pump for at least 30 minutes and United did everything but score. Extra time would have been fun but it wasn’t to be.

Sometime after 10pm we had the 5th round draw. Sadly the big two got easy home ties that will still be on the telly. St Mirren v Hearts and Ayr v Hibs are a couple of good ties though. Aberdeen v Dunfermline will be a nice way to remember Jimmy Calderwood, who passed away over the weekend. I drew a tribute to Jimmy’s attacking instincts on the socials.
