And a review of the weekend hoo-haa’s in Scottish football

I’m sure you’ll have scene the clips of the CPL Final in the snow and the so called icicle kick by Rodriguez for Atletico Ottawa (hasn’t that got a wholesome ring to it). If you haven’t, here’s what it looked like.

I’ve always been an advocate of games being played in any weather. Who hasn’t enjoyed snow covered games with the orange ball in the past. Now a smattering of the white stuff and it’s game off. It’s the same condition for both teams, play ball.

I thought it was a bang average weekend in the Premiership. It’s kind of pathetic to read articles saying the wheels have come off for Hearts as they only drew while Celtic and Rangers won. Lazy journalism. Here’s a few cartoons of the things I found interesting over the weekend.
