My cup is half empty

4th round mediocrity wins the day

Cup football is all about results and romance. Sadly the 4th round had me firmly in the friend zone.

Here are the few moments that stood out for me.

Just remembered, Theo Aasgaard scored a tremendous free kick on Friday night. Haven’t drawn it though.

Leith team did it again. Make changes, underestimate the opponent and see what you get. I call it The Joe Newell Effect.

Cue the 92nd minute.

Then there was The Kelle Roos Effect at Rugby Park.
