Hello

That was an entertaining League Cup final wasn’t it. The Saints victory isn’t the surprise it would have been in previous seasons such is the disarray at Celtic and the togetherness of the Buddies.

As promised I spent until the wee small hours putting together a celebratory design.

Today is the last day of shop ordering to arrive in time for Christmas so don’t delay if you want the cup winners design for Christmas.

Okay, let’s crack on with the cup final goals, at least from one team.

It took two minutes for captain Marcus Fraser to head St Mirren into the lead as the Celtic lads tried to sort themselves out based on Wilfried’s latest plan.

Reo Hatate popped up with an equaliser and Celtic were definitely in the ascendancy when tubby striker Ian Nacho pulled up lame and had to be replaced by Kenny Kenny.

The second half was a different story as Paisley countered with intent and Celtic didn’t so much switch off as channel surf for the rest of the game.

Jonah Ayunga was at the double - first with the head then with the hoof.

Job done, Robinson tactical masterclass, faith over fear, cheerio cheerio cheerio.

A fantastic win for the Paisley Saints and for Scottish football in general.

In other news,…….sackings.
